Mrs. Dhar is a Post Graduate in Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics and has submitted her thesis for a Doctorate. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
She is having over 28 years of experience in Education field having worked with esteemed schools of Delhi, Kolkata, Pune and Jharkhand as senior Physics faculty initially and later as Principal. Has worked for both CBSE and Cambridge boards.
She has been associated with Cambridge education since last 13 years and is recognized as one of the best administrators and examination officer in the country by the Cambridge board. She has undergone many subject and examination trainings conducted by Cambridge International.
She has also undergone various prestigious trainings like from Green School Bali for Nature centric education and from Birla Institute of Sciences, Pilani
She is having extensive knowledge and experience of both online and offline methods of teaching. She is extremely skilled in School Management, Leadership, Team building and Customer Service. She has expertise in curriculum planning, development and implementation with focus on student learning.
